Councilman Mark Levis
A graduate of the Merchant Marine Academy, Councilman Mark Levis has served Belmar for over ten years, as a member of the Belmar Council and the Harbor Commission. He volunteers as a softball coach and is a member of the Friendly Sons of the Shillelagh. He and his wife, Megan, have three children who attend Belmar Elementary School.
Mark Spagnuolo
A successful local businessman, Mark Spagnuolo is the owner of Hoagito’s, located in Belmar Plaza and with three other locations in the Monmouth County area. He volunteers with the Belmar Fire Department, the Belmar water rescue team and is a member of the Friendly Sons of the Shillelagh. He and his wife, Emma, have two daughers who attend Belmar Elementary School.
